On 25th February, 2015 our department arranged for our Department Association Function. The Principal presided over the function by lighting the lamp and gave a very brief note on self development of students. With the great joy he flagged off for competitions. Various competitions were conducted to tap out the talents of our students. Rhey are listed below.
After the competitive programme, all our eminent dignitaries were given cordial welcome by all our staff and students.
Er. pon. Balasubramanian, president of college, encouraged students with his motivating talk. The speech was so useful to the students in developing their personality and stimulated their boldness to face their challenges ahead.
We invited Dr. V. Selvaraj HOD of Commerce for the momentum of our gratitude. He spoke about the golden opportunities spread over for career development.
Dr. J. Jayaprakasam, Principal, encouraged students to become business magnets. He added that they must develop their involvement in studies and progress in their life style.
The Chief Guest of the function Dr. K. Rama Krishnan M.D, PHM, Director of Athma Hospital Research & Trust, delivered a key note address on "Self Development". It enriched our student to face the challenges in the future by developing positive personality. He distributed the awards to the winners.
We could see the chirpy faces of our students, who were enthralled in the Department Association Function. We came to a halt with vote of thanks winded up the function with the national anthem.
