With the increase in employment opportunities in the hospitality industry, it has become a rewarding career ption. To help students build a career in this lucrative industry, the Department of Hotel Management and Catering Science conducted a special Lecture cum Skill Development Program on "Food and Beverage Service" [28th October 2022] this programme was designed in such a way that imparting theoretical knowledge to enhance the oprational skills of the Food and Beverage Service for the B.Sc., HMCS students.
The Guest Speaker for the session was Mr.K.Vignesh, Associate Professor - Department of HMCS, Pavendar Bharathidasan College of Arts and Science, Pudukkottai District. The session started with welcome address by Mr.P.SACHITHANANTHAM - Assistant Professor of HMCS.
