The Department of Computer Science has organized ”NET/SET” coaching classes for PG students of Computer Science and Computer Applications on 24th August 2019. In the forenoon session Lt.J.Hajiram Beevi, Assistant Professor, Department of Information Technology, Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy have served as Resource Person. During the session she discussed about Theory of Computation and Compiler Design. In the afternoon session Mrs.N.Sivapriya, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Application, Cauvery College for Women, Trichy discussed about Mathematical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Syllogism. 58 students from the Department of Computer Science and Computer Applications were participated in the coaching class and interacted with the resource person. 15 Faculty members were also attended.
Earlier the programme was inaugurated by Dr.A.R.Ponperiasamy, Principal, Nehru Memorial College. Mrs.K.PonvelAzhagu Lakshmi, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science welcomed the gathering. Er.Pon.Balasubramanian, President of Nehru Memorial College delivered felicitation. Dr.D.Jayachitra Assistant professor of Computer Science proposed vote of thanks. The entire programme was organized by Dr.D.Jayachitra, Assistant Professor of Computer Science. Ms. D.Nandhini, Ms. Varsha and Mr. Ajith Kumar, the student participants gave their feedback about the programme. Finally the day was ended with National Anthem.
